Sharon Adams
Sharon Adams provides direct legal and administrative support to Attorney Perkins. As Attorney Perkins' key Paralegal, Sharon is often called upon to draft documents and create systems for our clients and the office. If you have had the opportunity to work with Sharon, you already know that she is a consummate professional and skilled at assisting clients with their requests. We are fortunate to have Sharon on our team and to also have her serve as the office mom. Sharon is originally from Pennsylvania and has prior experience working for a law firm in Syracuse, New York. Kyla Callaluca
Kyla Callaluca's tenure with the firm began as a Legal Assistant to Attorney Perkins working with our condominium clients and management companies. In that capacity, she played an important role in preparing form documents and systems that are still in use today. She has also played a key role in the Real Estate Department as a Paralegal with an emphasis on preparation of conveyancing documents for buyer representation. Currently, Kyla is bringing her expertise to the firm’s busy Collection Department as well as serving as Attorney Daddario’s litigation paralegal. Kyla@perkinslawpc.com

Lisa Devlin
Lisa Devlin works with the team as our Collection Paralegal providing support to the collection department. Lisa is the first contact our condominium clients have when bringing a matter to collection for unpaid common area fees. Her prompt and skilled handling of collection matters has been key to the success of the department and ensures that the files stay on a tight time tracking system. Lisa previously worked in the finance industry at Goldman Sachs in Boston and has an A.S. in Business Administration from Fisher College. Ldevlin@perkinslawpc.com

Tiffany Fitzgerald
Tiffany Fitzgerald provides Paralegal support to Attorney Anctil in all facets of his practice, with a concentration in contract, collection and real estate development law. Tiffany is proficient in the preparation of legal documents as well as working directly with our clients to meet their objectives. She has prior paralegal experience working with Boston and local area law firms and has an A.S. in Legal Studies from Bay State College and currently attends Northeastern University's evening division. Collection Litigation Paralegal

Crystal Lareau
Crystal Lareau is our collection litigation paralegal. She plays a key role working with our condominium clients and their property management throughout the litigation process. Crystal is proficient in litigation procedures and time standards. Her experience with an in-depth knowledge of Massachusetts’ Courts and their operating procedures keeps our litigation cases on track from filing of the Complaint through the filing of the Dismissal Certificate. Crystal also provides litigation support to Attorney Daddario. Crystal has prior experience in local area law firms, as well as an A.S. in Paralegal Studies and a B.S. in Business Administration from Rivier College. Crystal@perkinslawpc.com

Receptionist/Paralegal

Amanda Luciano
Amanda Luciano cheerfully fills the role as the firm’s Receptionist. She also provides support to our Firm Administrator in the administrative functions of the office and works with Attorney Driscoll as a Litigation Paralegal. Amanda brings prior business and legal experience to the firm. In her leisure time, Amanda is a pageant competitor, including competing for the title of Miss New Hampshire. Amanda@perkinslawpc.com

Christina Metherall
Christina Metherall is a member of the firm’s Collection Team. Her first role with the firm was as our receptionist. Her proven skills and professionalism quickly earned her a full time position as a paralegal working with Attorney Anctil and thereafter she moved into the Collection Department where she works with Attorney Daddario in the pre-litigation phase of the collection process. Christina has prior experience in local area law firms and has a B.S. in Legal Studies from Newbury College. Christina@perkinslawpc.com
