Charlie Perkins concentrates his practice throughout New England in all facets of condominium law. As an active member of both the CAI New England and New Hampshire Chapters and CAI New England Legislative Action Committee, he is at the forefront of championing issues that are important to community associations. His work with town and city governments throughout Massachusetts has secured municipal services for many community associations throughout the state. Additionally, Attorney Perkins guides our real estate clients through all the steps required to develop their condominium projects; from creation of the condominium documents through the phasing process upon completion. He authors several articles each year on issues that impact community associations and is a frequent lecturer on condominium-related topics with several organizations, including the New England School of Law and Massachusetts School of Law. Attorney Perkins is also a member of the prestigious CAI National College of Community Association Lawyers.

Rob Anctil is licensed to practice in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Attorney Anctil leads the firm's real estate practice group. The real estate team offers a full spectrum of real estate services representing individuals and developers in all aspects of real estate. The team focuses on commercial, residential, condominium development, zoning, land use planning, acquisition, sales and financing. Whether you are a lender, buyer, seller, or real estate developer, the team will work with you to implement cost-effective approaches to meet your goals in a time sensitive professional manner. Attorney Anctil also represents numerous subcontractors and material suppliers in collection and mechanic lien actions. Attorney Anctil actively serves on the Board of Directors for the Northeast Builders Association, the Nashua Watershed Association, the Lawrence Academy Alumni Association, and the Emerson Hospital Corporation. Rob lives in Groton with his two children Travis and Kendra, and his wife Pia.

Attorney Daddario joined Perkins & Anctil, P.C. in 2003 and became a partner in 2010. He graduated with honors from both the Boston University School of Management and the Boston University School of Law, earning concentrations in Organizational Behavior and in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, respectively. Attorney Daddario works closely with the firm’s hundreds of community association clients in all areas of community association law. He also manages the firm’s busy Condominium Collection Team. He is an active member in the Community Associations Institute (“CAI”) New England Chapter and participates in the Chapter’s Legislative Action Committee. Attorney Daddario is serving two-year terms as Co-Chair of the CAI New England Attorneys’ Committee, Secretary of the Board of Directors of the CAI New Hampshire Chapter and member of the Amicus Brief Committee of CAI National. He teaches condominium law seminars and maintains speaking engagements for clients, professional property managers and for CAI New England as well as CAI New Hampshire and Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education. Attorney Daddario writes extensively on community association issues. In addition to the Perkins & Anctil Newsletter, his articles have appeared in both Condo Media Magazine and the nationally-distributed Common Ground Magazine.

Attorney David R. Chenelle, Associate

In February of 2011, Attorney Chenelle joined Perkins & Anctil, P.C., where he continues his practice as an advocate in the representation of consumer, commercial and business clients in the United States Bankruptcy Court. His practice involves all aspects of bankruptcy including cases filed as Chapter 7, Chapter 11 and Chapter 13. He successfully counsels numerous individuals on their financial matters in an effective and compassionate manner, and evaluates each client’s individual circumstances in order to find the most suitable option available.

Prior to his career in law, Attorney Chenelle spent 14 years in the manufacturing industry working as an engineer for various defense contractors, while earning his MBA, with a concentration of Information Systems. In 1995, he received his Juris Doctorate from the Massachusetts School of Law.

Attorney Chenelle is an active member of the: New Hampshire Bar Association; the Worcester Bar Association, where he serves on the Bankruptcy Section’s Executive Board; the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA); and the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI).

Tricia DelBove recently joined Perkins & Anctil, P.C. She has experience working on a wide range of real estate and condominium related matters. Since joining the firm Attorney DelBove has expanded her practice to include conveyancing. Attorney DelBove graduated with honors from both the Commonwealth College at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, she interned with the Honorable Karyn Faith Scheier, Chief Justice of the Massachusetts Land Court. Attorney DelBove won the Suffolk University Law School Jurisprudence Award for Property. She also studied abroad at the University of Lund in Sweden. Attorney DelBove is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.

Attorney Driscoll joined the firm in December 2007 after several years of experience in a North Shore law firm, cultivating a successful practice in insurance subrogation law, focusing primarily on property damage and bodily injury claims. Attorney Driscoll has extensive litigation experience in both the state and federal courts, including trying cases to successful verdicts. Attorney Driscoll attended Boston University School of Law, where he earned his J.D., while a member of the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law and the BU Law’s ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition team. Fredrick (Rick) Dunn joined Perkins & Anctil, P.C. after several years of practice with a metrowest real estate conveyancing firm. He has brought over six years of experience in a wide range of real estate matters. Attorney Dunn is a 2001 graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, in Worcester, and a 2004 graduate of the Suffolk University Law School, in Boston. As an Associate with the firm, Attorney Dunn works closely alongside Attorney Anctil and Attorney Perkins on the firm’s full spectrum of real estate services. He is the head of the firm’s conveyancing group and concentrates his practice in the areas of representing lenders, buyers, sellers, and developers in all aspects of residential and commercial transactions. As counsel and advocate for clients in various transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and development, Attorney Dunn continually provides outstanding service, maintains the highest level of professionalism, and remains committed to the clients’ expectations and goals. Attorney Dunn is an active member of the Northeast Association of Realtors, and is also a member of both the Massachusetts Bar Association and Real Estate Bar Association.

Scott Eriksen joined Perkins & Anctil, P.C. after several years of practicing law in the Greater Boston area. After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2005, Scott started his career at Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge LLP in Boston where he focused his practice on assisting individuals and families in connection with tax and estate planning, as well as, on business establishment and succession strategies. In 2008, Scott joined Devine, Millimet & Branch, P.A. expanded his practice to include commercial and residential real estate transactions and general corporate matters. In November of 2009, Scott started his own law practice catering to the permitting, land use, leasing and transactional needs of veteran development and property management clients in the Merrimack Valley. Scott’s diverse practice experience and considerable legal training make him a valuable asset to the firm’s clients. Scott lives in North Andover with his wife, Soojin, and their son, Casey.
