Attorney Perkins is Admitted to the College of Community Association Lawyers

We are proud to announce Attorney Perkins’ acceptance into the CAI National College of Community Association Lawyers. This prestigious group of CAI member attorneys have distinguished themselves through contributions to community association law and have committed themselves to high standards of professional and ethical conduct. The college creates a forum of community association lawyers who promote, improve and advance the work of community associations and contribute to the advancement of the community association field.

CAI Recognizes Volunteer Accomplishments at Expo

The Community Association Institute’s New England Chapter hosted its Annual Conference & Expo on Saturday, October 21. At the Expo, CAI paid special recognition to several associations and individuals for their extraordinary service and volunteer accomplishments at the volunteer appreciation breakfast. These award winners were selected from those nominated in several categories, and we are proud that our clients were among those recognized.

The association website of the year for medium size association went to Wayside at Chelmsford Condominium with Bevis Peries accepting the award. Paula Clory and Frank Carr also from Wayside at Chelmsford Condominium were present.

Congratulations went to Paula Clory, Secretary of Wayside at Chelmsford Condominium who was the recipient of the Community Service Award.

The Special Achievement Award for Problem Solving was awarded to both Paul Bettano of Balmoral Condominium and to Williamsburg Condo No. 1. Accepting the awards were Paul Bettano and Dinell from Williamsburg Condo No. 1.

The last award presented was for the Outstanding Association Landscaping which was awarded to Wayside at Chelmsford Condominium and accepting the award for the Association was Frank Carr.
